Anna Mishurda

Anna, 97, West End, passed peacefully on May 5th, at Richland Healthcare Center. 

Born December 21, 1925 in Johnstown, daughter of Konstantine and Mary Mishurda (nee Skut). Preceded in death by parents, brothers, John, Constantine, Michael, Paul, Nichlas, Joseph, George and sister Mary. Anna is survived by numerous nephews and nieces. She graduated from Garfield High School in 1944 and retired after 34 years from Kay Artley Dress Co. Anna was an active and faithful member of Christ the Savior Cathedral. She will be remembered by her many friends and family as a devout Christian who was  kind, gentle, and generous. She loved dogs, playing pinochle, rummy, puzzles, coloring, and anything red or purple.

The family will receive friends from 8:00 to 9:30 am May 8, at Moskal - Reid Funeral Home, 79 J St. Johnstown, PA from 8:00 until a brief service at 9:30 am at the funeral home, followed by a memorial Service at 10:00 am at Christ the Savior Cathedral, . Very Rev. Protopresbyter Robert Buczak officiating. Interment at Christ the Saviour Cathedral Cematary.
