Obituary

Young – Christopher Jr. (36) of Johnstown passed away on Nov. 21, 2020, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.  Born on Mar. 12, 1984 in Johnstown

Son of Christopher Young Sr. and wife Autumn and Deborah Hamer

Preceded in death by his grandmother Edith Hamer and grandfather Douglas Young Jr. (paternal), cousin David Simms (Bud)

Survived by Parents and only child Charisma Jones, Sister Elyse Young and brother Oran Ream IV (BJ) and Brother-in-law Melvin Wright.  Special cousin (sister) Crystal Simms and Trevor Williams and sons Saheed, Quamir.  Special friends Ryan Hinton and wife Lyndsey and sons.  Special Friend Cerone Dunbar, Uncle Eric Young and wife Nadine. Also survived by grandmother Shirley Young. Uncle Norm Brown and family and uncle Keith Young and family. Anna Mae Hamer and family, Gail Neisner and family, Dorothy Simms and family, and Simon Hamer and family. A host of many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Chris enjoyed playing pool and was in many leagues like Tap League, City League, and Club League and loved those Pittsburgh Steelers.

A viewing will be held on Saturday Nov.28 here at the Moskal-Reid Funeral Home from 10a.m. until time of his Homegoing service at noon.  The Minister Ntando Gxuluwe and Rev.Clyde Williams will be officiating.
