Dakota Brett Locher

Dakota Brett Owens Locher passed away June 11, 2023 at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital.  He was a victim of drowning at the Stoneycreek River on Horner St.  

He is survived by his mother Hope Rager and his father Daniel Locher.  
Dakota was raised by Ralph and Michelle Owens.  Also by his Aunt Billie Rager of Garfield St. 

Also many other Aubts, Uncles and Cousins   

He has 3 Sisters and 1 Brother   

Dakota was a huge fan of all things Spider-Man   
He also enjoyed his Nintendo and his Phone. 
 

Our family will forever be effected by this tragic loss and we want to Deeply Thank everyone who tried to save him   
We also are very thankful to all who helped to contribute to the go fund me to help cover his final expenses.

Family and Friends will be received on Monday June 19, 2023 from 3pm-8pm.
