Obituary
Jacqueline A. Pridgen, 49 of Johnstown, PA, passed away on 28 October 2022. Born November 1, 1972, daughter of Lira L. Pridgen Jr. and Beverly Pridgen. Preceded in death by her father Lira L. Pridgen, maternal and paternal grandparents, uncle Tommy, and aunt Geraldine. Survived by daughter, Serena Pridgen, sister, Claudette Calhoun, mother, Beverly Pridgen, and brother-in-law Steven Calhoun as well as a host of beloved family members and friends. Jackie worked at SCI Somerset for 10 plus years, starting out as a correctional officer working her way up into the lieutenant ranking. Jackie loved spending time with friends and family especially with her daughter Serena who was her world. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed writing poems and crocheting.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday November, 2, 2022 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Moskal-Reid Funeral Home 79 J. St. Johnstown, PA 15906, followed by a home going service at 11:00 am, Rev. Sylvia King officiating. Interment immediately following at Grandview Cemetery
